6. Website hosting and service providers
Our website and related technical infrastructure may use third-party service providers, including Vercel and Hostinger.
These providers may process certain technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain and deliver the website.
Such information may include technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, server logs and other information generated through normal operation of a website.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies.
If you accept interest cookies, we store the pages and buttons you used. The record is kept in a cookie named eva_interest, in the browser cache on this device, and on our server for 90 days, so it can later be read by an analytics tool we connect. The server row is tied to a random key in the necessary cookie, not to your name, email address or IP address. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with consultation enquiries. If you reject, that record is deleted from this browser and from the server.
7. Cookies
A necessary cookie named eva_consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected interest cookies. It also holds a random key for this browser.
The optional cookie eva_interest, together with the same list in the browser cache and on our server, holds recent pages and clicks. It is written only after you accept. The server copy is kept for 90 days, or deleted sooner when you reject.
We do not use these records for behavioural or targeted advertising. Hosting providers may still use technologies that are necessary to run and protect the website.
You can change the choice from Cookie settings in the footer, or delete cookies in your browser. Rejecting interest cookies deletes the interest record and does not affect the consultation form.
8. Newsletter and marketing communications
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications, we may use your contact information to send the information below.
We recommend using an active opt-in mechanism for newsletter subscriptions.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant communication or by contacting us directly.
We will not treat your withdrawal from marketing communications as a withdrawal from services that you have otherwise requested from us.

- German-language courses
- Promotions and special offers
- Our services and related opportunities
9. Data retention
We retain client and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and manage the relevant client case.
In general, information relating to an active client case will be retained while the case is being processed and while the client relationship remains active.
When a case and client relationship have ended, information may be deleted or securely disposed of when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to any applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, contractual or dispute-related requirements.
10. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should therefore avoid sending unnecessary confidential information through ordinary website forms or unsecured communication channels.
11. International transfers
Because our services concern international education, visa and travel opportunities, information provided to us may, where necessary, be communicated to relevant organisations located in countries other than Pakistan.
For example, depending on your case, relevant information may need to be shared with an educational institution, employer, training provider, embassy, consulate or other organisation in another country.
We will seek to limit such disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
